Castlerock Realty Ltd. was founded in 2019 by Randy Hiebert and is located on Provincial Trunk Highway 12 North (Unit A-275) in Steinbach Manitoba. Castlerock focuses on assisting clients in rural Southeast Manitoba and in Winnipeg.

What sets Castlerock Realty Ltd. apart from others is their belief in honestly looking after the best interest of their clients. When it comes to buying or selling Castlerock does their best to ensure that their buyer clients will not overpay for a property and that their seller clients will get the most possible for the property they are selling. Randy has been involved in Real Estate since 2007 in Steinbach and southeastern Manitoba. Each year Randy continues to work hard for his clients, and look out for their best interests.

He is also an avid learner and has completed his Commercial Real Estate course as well as his Real Estate Brokers course.

When you are buying a home there is no cost to you to use one of our agents as your Realtor. A small percentage of the purchase price is used to compensate both the Listing Realtor and Selling Realtor for their services. As your Realtors it is our duty and obligation to act on your behalf and do our best to represent you.

If you are already working with a Realtor you don’t need to call the Listing agent for information about a property. If you choose us as your Realtor, we are able to get you all the information you will need and will be able to show you any properties that fit your criteria.

When selling your home simply give us a call and we’ll set up a time to get together at your home and go over the process together. When you are ready to list your home we will look after everything for you, this includes marketing your home in the most effective way possible to dealing with offers, negotiations and conditions on offers. From the day the listing contract is signed to the day the Offer is complete and the sold sign goes up it is our job to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
